Building Better Search Visibility Since 2019

We started IgniteFlux because too many Taiwan businesses were getting lost in translation—literally. Their sites looked fine but Google couldn't find them. And when potential customers searched, they landed on competitors' pages instead.

The problem wasn't the businesses themselves. Most had solid offerings and genuine expertise. But their websites? They were practically invisible to search engines. We knew we could fix that.

How We Actually Got Here

Back in early 2019, I was consulting for a manufacturing company in Yunlin. Great products, decades of experience, but their website was generating maybe three inquiries a month. When I dug into their site structure, it was a mess—no proper heading hierarchy, images without descriptions, pages that loaded slower than dial-up.

Three months of focused on-page work later, they were getting daily inquiries. Not because we reinvented their business, but because we made their existing value visible to search engines.

That's when it clicked. Taiwan has thousands of businesses with this exact problem. They don't need flashy marketing campaigns or complete rebrands. They need their sites optimized properly so people can actually find them.

By mid-2020, we'd formalized our approach and started taking on more clients. Today, we work with businesses across Taiwan who are tired of being invisible online.

What Makes Our Process Different

We don't follow cookie-cutter templates. Every site has unique technical issues and different competitive landscapes. Here's what our actual process looks like.

Detailed technical audit revealing structural optimization opportunities

Technical Foundation Review

We start by crawling your site the same way Google does. That means checking URL structures, internal linking patterns, page load speeds, mobile responsiveness. You'd be surprised how many sites have broken links or redirect chains that confuse search engines. We map everything out before touching a single line of code.

Content structure analysis showing semantic improvements and keyword placement

Content Structure Optimization

This is where most of the actual work happens. We restructure page content with proper semantic HTML, add descriptive metadata, optimize image attributes, and improve heading hierarchies. It's detailed work—sometimes spending hours on a single page—but it's what actually moves the needle for search visibility.

Performance metrics dashboard showing load time improvements and user experience enhancements

Performance Enhancement

Speed matters more than people think. We compress images without losing quality, minimize code bloat, implement lazy loading, and optimize resource delivery. Some clients see their page load times cut in half. That helps both user experience and search rankings, since Google prioritizes fast sites.

Ongoing Monitoring

SEO isn't a one-time fix. Search algorithms change, competitors adjust their strategies, and technical issues can crop up unexpectedly. We monitor your site's performance monthly, track ranking changes, and make adjustments when needed. Think of it as maintenance rather than a complete overhaul every time.

Who You'll Work With

We keep our team small and experienced. No junior staff learning on your project—just people who've been doing this work for years.

Lucian Thorne

Technical Director

Lucian handles the technical side—site architecture, code optimization, and performance improvements. He's been working with search engine optimization since 2014, back when mobile-first indexing was still new. Before joining us, he spent five years at a web development agency in Taipei. He's the person who figures out why a site isn't ranking and what needs fixing.

What Drives Our Work

These aren't corporate buzzwords. They're the principles that shape how we approach every project and client relationship.

Honest Assessment

We tell you what actually needs fixing, not what generates the biggest invoice. Sometimes that means recommending smaller projects first. If your site doesn't need a complete overhaul, we'll say so. Building long-term relationships matters more than maximizing short-term revenue.

Technical Precision

Search optimization requires attention to detail. We test changes thoroughly before implementation, document everything we modify, and explain technical decisions in plain language. You should understand what we're doing and why it matters for your business goals.

Measurable Progress

We track specific metrics—ranking positions, organic traffic, page load speeds, conversion rates. Every quarterly review includes concrete data about what's improved and what still needs work. You'll know exactly where your investment is going and what results it's producing.
